As I am waiting to have. power of attorney registered on my mum's landline account with VM, I need to find out when her line will be switching to the new fibre (through the Hub). She does not know if she has had a letter about it. Is there anyway I can check with her postcode on here to see when her area is being switched over please? As she will not know what to do with cables and so on.
She will need help and if she receives a letter with instructions on it, she will just put it away and forget about it and I don't want her to be without a phone line, if she does not take the action she needs to. Ideally I need the power of attorney sorted so I can just deal directly with VM but that is not proving easy. So in the meantime I need to know how I can find out when her line is being switched. Am not able to call the customer care line as they need her in the room and passwords and she does not know what they are and I live too far from her to do that.
