Weekend Chatter Vs Talk Weekends: What's the difference?

My renewed contract has changed from Talk to Chatter but I can't find a definition of what weekend chatter actually covers?

Two basic differences are that calls to Virgin Mobiles & 0870 numbers are no longer included on Chatter Weekends.

The basic call charge per minute for calls outside the package is increased to 24p.
