Want to plug landline with old style fitting into hub. Need an adaptor - where do I get one, thanks

We can certainly look into getting an adapter out for you. 

To confirm, have you already been upgraded to use your Landline through your router?

I don't know - when we got the new hub we didn't have a handset to use but I have now got one but it is old  (fits old -style wall socket)

Thank you for that. Can you please plug the handset it a wall socket and see if you get a dial tone?
