I recd an email from virgin media with suggestions on how to reduce my bill. It said that if I change my landline package from 'Talk more anytime' (now anytime chatter) to 'weekend chatter' the phone bill would go down. So I rang 150 as email suggested but when I pressed 4 to 'change my package' I got the following 5 options: 1. add a service 2. remove a service 3. move home 4. leaving virgin 5. bereavement. None of which are applicable. What option should i Use? I did go into 'my account' online but it only but it only gives you options to upgrade your package.
