Spent 3 weeks trying to get our no back, keep phoning virgin left on phone for over an hour at A time then to be hung up on.
Spoke to someone 4th Sept they said they would send a hoc letter give it a couple of days.
Gave it a week rephoned spent over 2.5 hours on the phone no joy.
Left it to a Sunday 15th spoke to Daniel he seemed very helpful said he would fill out a hoc letter said it would be a couplevod days, then had a voice mail message to say it would take 8 days to retrieve the number, well that space of time was up today, but unfortunately it hasn't happen
Tried last week, phone no lost for good. Can't be resolved.
Not happy but nothing can be done
This new install in our new home moved house recently everything with this install has gone wrong or didn't work., so many call to virgin let alone being up on or house on phone now to receive have email for a very big bill with all my services not working or lost enough said
