As an Ex BT & V M eng i know a bit about number port.
My line has been disconnected by BT this morning but my VM line socket is still dead. At time of agreeing to transfer over to VM i requested a number port. Can anyone assist please.

Virgin Media supply the home phone service through the Hub for new lines now, not via any existing Virgin Media phone socket (unless that's connected up separately to the Hub)So what happens when you connect the phone to your Hub?

How long have the lines been routed through the hub?
Ill bet it causes eng,s issues when transferring from other providers (sockets located away from the hub) to the VM services.
