We had confirmation from Virgin on the 16th February that our account had been closed and the final bill had been produced. We were advised that we would be sent a cheque in due course, which owed us around £100.
Could someone advise on where this cheque is?

Any closures of accounts that are due a refund can take up to 45 days after closure. You stated that your confirmation was received on the 16th February, so we would advise that if you have not received anything by April 3rd to get back in contact with up for an update as to the status of it.
