WHAT IS THE PROB;E, NO DIAL TONE

I had a new cable installed from the outside of my house on friday. TV AND BROADNBAND WORK FINE BUT NO DIAL TONE ON LANDLINE. Any ideas what the problem may be ?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your landline services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration seen as it has no dial tone. I would be more than happy to look into this for you 🙂

I have already taken the liberty to check out your landline on my side and can see it needs a tech booking to resolve the fault. 

I just need to confirm some things with you first before I do, so I'll send you a PM now 🙂

Thank you I want to book an engineer but have no phone line and have no option online to book something, Can you book something for me ? or is there a link I can use to book an appointment
