How is it that some customers can get a fibre phone rewire within a day and I have been given an appointment for 29th April to rewire my phone. My phone is being changed over on the 3rd April.
Something fishy me thinks.

I know we have lots of customers in different areas, where appointment availability can be different.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, and make sure something fishy is not going on.
