Voicemail problem

Can anyone help please?

Despite setting up my Virgin voicemail, it does not work. No one can leave a message for me as the phone continually rings. Also I appear to have a continuous ring tone for some unknown reason. I phoned 150 and was told to access settings on my phone then 'key tones' then set 'tune dialling'. Unfortunately on my phone, under settings there is no 'key tones' so I am unable to sort this. Prior to beginning of November I had had Voicemail Plus for years with no problem. To try to reduce monthly payments I changed to normal Voicemail and it is since then that I have had this problem. Would really appreciate a solution.

Have you spoken to customer services to make sure the service is active on your account since removing the premium service?
