Voicemail on landline

Hi there,

This should be a very simple one. How do I switch on my voicemail, after e.g. 10 rings on my landline? (I called 150, sat waiting for 35 minutes, and then the guy I spoke to had no clue!)

Thanks, Nic

Re: Voicemail on landline

Currently the phone rings indefinitely.

Nota bene, I've already done the "To make this change call our team on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile..." thing.

(Useless) Guy from 150 said changes would take 24 hours. That was two days ago now.

Re: Voicemail on landline

Hello

Many thanks for getting back to me, on your handset can you call 1571 as it may need the initial setup from your side ?

Also do you have any answerphone functions on your phone ?
