Voicemail not kicking in

Hi, 

Since our landline was changed over to the digital line our free voicemail system doesn’t seem to be working. When I dial 1571 it says I have no voicemails, but when people try to call no matter how long they hold on the call the voicemail doesn’t pick up. Are you able to help?
