I had a second phone line installed in my home about a month ago, then went away for a few weeks. Now I'm back I've set up the voicemail function and if I dial 1571 I can hear that it is definitely set up. However, my husband heard it ring twice today while working from home and said it just rang and rang. Voicemail never kicked in. I tried calling 1571 and checking if there are any obvious settings I might need to change but there was nothing.
Any idea what the issue is or how to fix it?
