Switched to VoiP phone. It works but the snag is that the main phone is now 7 feet up on a cupboard in the garage next to the hub. A bit tricky to answer the phone. Hub cannot be moved as ethernet and Hive hub is connected to it. I don't think Virgin has thought this through as I can't be the only user with this issue.
