Virginmedia call centre having issues

so i just tried to report a fault with my virgin media landline (for the 3rd time is as many months) and  the line kept breaking up. even the auto attendant was snafu'd... when i did get through to someone, the response was 'there is a problem with your network coverage. please call back'. i got  that twice...

and  yet i can call another uk mobile provider user no problems, and its as clear as a bell

if theres a problem with my network  coverage, its a virgin mobile sim, so you can fix that also cant you?

tried the online appointment booking system and got 'We're sorry, there aren't any appointments available to book online at the moment'...

*smacks head against wall*
