My landline has not been working for 3 days. Reported issue but no response/update. Online status report is incorrect.
This issue is becoming a common occurrence - are Virgin unable to provide a basic telephone service ?
I should be eligible for a refund as 2 days have elapsed - there appears to be a scam where Virgin are not fulfillling service and not transparent with outage/faults, or refunds
No dial tone issues are very rarely due to area faults, & are more down to decaying connections, usually rust on connections in the omni-box on a customers front wall.
This has been a regular occurance for us every 3 - 4 years, & as long as there is some slack on the drop line this isnt a problem repair.
