When I took out a virgin broadband contract yesterday, I noticed that there was no option to take a landline. I would like to add an evening and weekend plan to my policy. How do I do this?

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to add a telephone package to your account, when you signed up.

Unfortunately we cannot change your package with us here on the forums as we cannot do that. Please could you call into the team on 789 from a Virgin line or 0345 600 0789 from any other line and they will be happy to look into this further for you. ^SL

I called the number provided but they only give options for virgin mobile. I'm not interested in mobile, I just want a landine

Sorry @Aled42690, my mistake it should be on 150 from a Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line.
