On Friday some roadworkers outside my property cut through my Virgin services cable so have no landline/internet/TV. They said they were unable to get through to Virgin so (as I luckily have mobile data on my mobile phone contract) I went on virgin media site and booked an engineer appointment but they are not coming until Thurs 28/1. Is there anyway I can get this sorted before then?
