Virgin cable accidentally cut outside the house under the wall cover

Hi, I have accidentally pulled the phone cable out of its joint on the outside wall of my house at the front, can someone help me to reconnect it please?

The quickest way to get this resolved is to contact VM direct on 0345 454 1111 (chargeable). The VM staff won't get round to this post quickly.

Sorry to hear that the cable has been cut. We can arrange for an engineer visit, however this may incur a standard tech call out charge of £99.00 as Virgin Media wouldn't be at fault for this disruption in service. If you're happy to proceed, drop a response below and I'll discuss this further with you via our PM service

thats against whats been said many times - yes the OP caused the problem but since when did VM impose the £99 charge - its always been foc

to the OP - ring it in - say the phone is not working and a tech will sort it
