Virgin answering service on phone

Hi

I've tried twice now ( by phoning Virgin ) to reduce number of rings before answering service kicks in.  It is currently set to default of 10.  My mother-in-law phones us constantly and I am trying to work from home...so would like it set to 2 rings.

Any ideas about how I can achieve this without another abortive call to Virgin?

I am sorry you've had difficulties getting your number of rings  to activating your answering service reduced.  I can take a closer look at this for you.  To enable me to do so, I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
