Good afternoon, I have Virgin Internet and a Virgin landline with your company and 2 Feb 2018 I changed to a cheaper tariff of £38- per month for 12 months. On my bill dated 18 December 2018 I was charged £22- plus rental £19- and the same again on the bill dated 31 Jan 2019.
Could you please tell me why I have not had 12 months on the cheaper rate.
Are you sure the prices shown on the bill have a minus next to each price? It will say £19 for line rental but because it’s a bundled discount it may have a - in front. Not many people actually pay £19 line rental because the more services you have with Virgin Media, the cheaper the line rental.
