Virgin Phone Line Upgrade

Hi,

I've received an email and text message advising me that Virgin will be upgrading my phone line and that I need to order an adapter.

 

The email and text look legit  but I just wondered if anyone can confirm if the following are recognised virgin email/phone - Google search tells me nothing which is making me suspicious.

 

virginmedia@contactengine.email

+447984369306

 

My Virgin account has no notifications either.

Anyone able to confirm if these are legit before I click any links.

I don’t think the page for ordering the adaptor is working yet, but then most of the mass upgrades are not happening just yet.
