There's no dial tone on my land line.
I tried calling the 0345 number and waited for a while to be cut off.
My phones are connected to the phone line box and not the Virgin Media hub.
My internet connection / TV work fine.
We have 3 handsets and I've tried each one with the same results. I've directly connected a handset to the master socket and still get no dial tone.
Service status check on My Virgin Media shows there is no problem detected.
Could you please assist in resolving this?

The issue resolved itself yesterday (01/01/2022) around 10pm.
