Virgin Media Ping Issues – Any Similar Experiences?

Hey everyone,

I recently switched from BT (phone line cable) to Virgin Media, and I've noticed a significant increase in my ping. On BT, it was around 3/4 ms, but now with Virgin Media and their new cable in the area, it's much higher.

Has anyone else experienced a jump in ping after moving to Virgin Media or with their new cables? Any suggestions on how to improve this would be greatly appreciated!

We have a VM RFoG connection, the Latency is typically in the 15ms range.
Just for context, one eye blink is around 130ms.

In the home, use of Wi-Fi is the greatest source of Latency.
