I make an international call to New Zealand about once a week from my landline and prior to 7th April I paid approx 3p/min, and for that privilege I paid an extra £2/month for Talk International. On 7th April VA changed me to Talk International2 and I still pay the £2. I have now seen on the latest bill that the rate has increased to17p/min! I have spoken to the VA representatives (in far off lands) on two occasions asking for my contract, which I had before 7th April, to be reinstated but the response from both representatives was that the package change to Talk International2 with Talk Weekends gave me international talk on weekends free (60mins). Having checked my latest charges this is not the case. Any help in advising me how to reinstate my original contract would be greatly appreciated.

It seems as if an issue has occurred when the package was migrated over, and I can understand the frustration this can cause, let me look in to this for you and I will assist you further
