Hello, we are in a bit of extremes because as of yesterday our home phone connected to the Virgin Media Hub 3.0 no longer works and shows the error message 'Line cord error. Please check.'!
This is quite serious as my wife and I are quite elderly and rely on the home phone for emergencies.
The phone did work prior to yesterday without a fault.
I checked the line chord, restarted the router, disconnected/ re connected the phone but without any avail.
Please help!
