Hello, we are in a bit of extremes because as of yesterday our home phone connected to the Virgin Media Hub 3.0 no longer works and shows the error message 'Line cord error. Please check.'!
This is quite serious as my wife and I are quite elderly and rely on the home phone for emergencies.
The phone did work prior to yesterday without a fault.
I checked the line chord, restarted the router, disconnected/ re connected the phone but without any avail.
Please help!

I am sorry to hear about the service issues you are having.
Is it just the phone that isn't working or is your broadband down also?
Do you have another handset you can try please?

Thank you for getting back to us as the situation is quite serious!
I confirm that our virgin broadband and TV and WiFi work. We also tried another phone but this also shows the same error.
