We don't have the current virgin media house phone but we do have the superhub 3. Is it the same principle that you need to pay £50 to get/install the virgin phone?
If you don’t have a landline on your account & add one, the new line is provided via one of the two RJ11 sockets on the back of the Hub 3. Virgin should supply you with a RJ11 to BT socket adaptor so you can use a standard landline phone.
