Virgin Media House Phone REQ

Hey guys.

We don't have the current virgin media house phone but we do have the superhub 3. Is it the same principle that you need to pay £50 to get/install the virgin phone?

If you don’t have a landline on your account & add one, the new line is provided via one of the two RJ11 sockets on the back of the Hub 3. Virgin should supply you with a RJ11 to BT socket adaptor so you can use a standard landline phone.

yes I do but I don't have the official virgin phone so was wondering if you need to pay £50 to get it?

Thank you for you post. 

 

Can I just confirm are you referring to having a Virgin Media phone line installed to the property? Or are you referring to a physical landline telephone?
