Virgin Media Fibre P

Some feedback;

What doesn't '150' have an option for FibrePhone'? I am not sure how you expect your customers to arrange an engineers visit, if your extention options do not mention 'Fibre phone' or 'Network switchover'.

Question [and please only need one person to respond, rather than the three or four last time!]

When are you switching over telephones in the Norwich area, as that is where my mother is situated, and she does not appear to have received an email or the Router dongle, nor the letter regarding the switchover. She will neeed an engineer visit to connect an extension plugged into a wall socket, plus the Emergency Backup, especially given the poor or low signal strength of the mobile network where she lives. So how do I arrange on her behalf, as given your 150 route, she may just give up trying to interpret the options provided.

If your Mother has not yet received any communications regarding the switchover, it means we do not currently have a date confirmed for this. When the time comes, you are welcome to pop a message over to us here and we will be happy to assist in arranging the technician visit and the additional emergency equipment.
