If you're referring to the voicemail service for your landline, details on how to set this up can be found here although there is a free option included as standard on your phone plan. Your messages can be:
- Up to 1 minute long
- Stored, un-played for 21 days
- Kept for 3 days when you’ve had a listen
- And 10 voicemails can be saved
