We're just doing some back ground checks from here, if it doesn't come back as a porting issue then we'll book an engineer for you.

*  An engineer has already been out to me and couldn't fix it.

* Apparently it is a general fault in my area.

thanks for your reply there is an outage in your area the reference is F008520844  and the estimated fix date is the 3rd November 5:00pm

Well it's 3rd November.    21.15.   Still No Phone.

Over two weeks now.

This is the third date you have given me when it will be fixed.

All come and gone.

Any more suggestions before I bring in a third party ?

Another date comes and goes without you fixing my phone.  No Surprise.

That's date number four now and over two weeks without a phone during CV19 isolation and serious illness in the family.

My patience has run out.

I've been in touch with Ofcom today.

That is just for starters.

ofcom do not deal with customer complaints.

You need to go through the VM complaints process. If they then deadlock or can;'t resolve it in 8 weeks you take it to CISIS
