VOIP

4th June  - Engineer attended changed my phone system to VOIP due to systems was told my phone line would need to migrate over but could take a while.  Took 6 hours for my internet to return but no phone line. 

6th June - Telephoned again, informed an engineer need to come out

9th June - 2nd engineer - stated all is correct from my end but settings needed to be changed in Manchester would take up to 48 hours.

11th June Telephoned again to be informed that there is a fault in Manchester and that is why my settings have not be changed.

Have  tried to phone numerous times today to ascertain the up-to-date situation regarding this as I mentioned in my call, I cannot work if I have not working phone line.  I was informed that I would receive a text message regarding the up-to-date situation but still have received no communication.

Can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency so that I can find out what is going on.
