VM landlines

Since moving to VM and now channel calls via router/Hub has anyone experienced calling some numbers only to hear a partial ring then nothing, two calls made and one deff did not connect, the other called me back !! even though from my end i heard nothing to suggest it being connected.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment, have you tried to reboot your hub since the issues started? If not, please could you try to do that now and let me know if that helps at all.
