VM Home Phone - Engaged tone when I try to ring 150 or 03454541111 - other outgoing / incoming calls work
Have an issue trying to ring VM using the 150 or 0345 454 1111 numbers where it's always engaged. I know it's not the phone as I can make outgoing calls to other numbers/mobiles etc without issue, and can also receive incoming calls. All calls are clear ( no noise on the line etc) so I'm pretty sure it's not my phone or the line?
I know I can ring in from my mobile - I tried that yesterday twice and after 45 mins in a queue, the call was dropped both times.

Yes, think you may well be right. Shame they didn't know it was coming to anticipate the rise in calls ... oh wait ...
You would think that as a telecommunications company, they would be able to manage with 'home working' call centre / support staff as well - the technologies have only been around for the last 2 decades or so ....
