V4 hub dead

So today my hub 4 died no power checked plug fuse etc phoned virgin took me 3 hrs to get through to a Human and only when I had to go through to retention dept did I get any help was told they would order me a replacement hub then said I'll put you through to the hub 4 specific team who can raise a complaint so you can claim Compensation only to spend another 50 mind going through all the diagnostics with level 2 tech support who on   being told there was no power to the hub asked me if 1. It was showing a y lights. 2. If I'd plugged it In and after fighting with me for 20 mins Conceded I needed a new hub and would order me one

Do I believe they have done what they said they will do nope not a cat in bells chance this is the last chance virgin have of retaining me as a customer

I've had poor service and never had the broadband speed promised
