Following on from my previous messages I joined virgin for less than the 2 week time you are given to decide if you want to stay with the contract or not. For a number of reasons including the fact I lost my landline phone service I decided not to continue and informed them of this.
I have now had £26.87 taken out of my account having despite having repeatedly said I did not want the service.
I could not see a direct debit set up on my account when I last checked so could not cancel it. I have tried to raise a complaint on the website but that link says it is broken. Trying to phone is impossible.
