I have no landline and am unable to make nor receive calls for over a week.
I have done all of the checks instructed on the website and I am unable to telephone customer services direct as my landline would be my go-to in the first instance.
I used my pay as you go credit on my mobile to make contact and it cost me over £10 of credit to make that call.
I am really unhappy with this ongoing situation. I have family who I rely upon a landline to stay in touch and am currently unable to do so in light of this fault and with Christmas approaching, I am urgently seeking to get this rectified.
I hope this post will prompt some urgent help needed. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the land line service.
I have taken a look at things on our side and there are no known outages.
Could you expand on the checks you have done please?
Have you been able to check another handset?
Do you have any other pieces of equipment connected to your phone socket? This may include:

We have run through all relevant checks. including checking handset and swapping over to a corded phone and still experiencing the same issue. I have posted on the Facebook page and was replied with a comment asking if I was available for a webchat at 1pm. There was no link to help me and I have tried to find a source to do this and I can't. I telephoned what I thought was a free phone telephone number and during the call whilst talking to the operator, I got cut off because my phone is pay as you go and it cut me off due to credit having run out. I am really distressed as I don't have an available telephone to ring you but have identified that we apparently require an engineer to come out and help us.
