Just upgraded to the new hub4 from hub3.
In my hub3 setup I had my landline phone plugged into the router and hence want that with my new hub4 however I was not shipped any phone adaptors or phone cable and I read in the manual that you need to use the one supplied. I assume the connections differ to the one for the hub3? strange if they do but I my phone just displays 'Check Phone Line' and there is no dial tone.
I am failing to get through to any people can someone on here advise the best course of action to get the correct adaptor if it is different from hub3 to hub4 ?

I can confirm the adapter is the same for both hubs.

Thanks for the clarification, I unplugged the phone from the hub rebooted the hub and reconnected the phone once the hub had restarted.
all working now.
