Upgrade Home Phone package

I'm trying to upgrade my Mum's home phone package so she can talk to her friends anytime during this period but it's not allowing me to do it on her online account. I've tried the online chat but that was no help. I can upgrade her TV package but not her home phone package. Any ideas?
