Unwanted bill and charges

Hello there. I cancelled my virgin subscription on 20th December but I have still received bills and then charges. Apparently it comes down to the fact that I have kept my same landline number when I specifically said on 3 separate occasions that I don’t care if I loose the landline number as I don’t own a landline phone. I can find the date and times of these calls if necessary but I hope they would have been recorded. Is there really no-one I can call or email? Thanks

Have you tried calling cs and informed them?

Yes but they have taken their phone option away due to Covid-19 and don’t seem to have an email option other than this forum.
