Our Phone line has been unusable for 10 days. 4 engineers visited and each suggested fault was else where and they were not equipped/qualified for.The explanations given were not self consistent, so very confusing and lacked credibility.
Eventually decided the cable needed to be "pulled through".
Team booked to do the job between 1pm and 6pm yesterday. Did not show. Lots of phone calls to try to understand why and what the plan now was but no sensible information.
How do I get a credible person to tell me what is going to be done and when and by whom?
