Hi ,i have 2 questions,

(1) I just renewed my contract with the same package so why am I being charged £5.60 for package changes. 

(2) can I change the contract i just renewed from talk weekends to talk more anytime on the house phone.

This could possibly be a prorates charge if the package price has changed at all? 

 

We are not able to arrange package changes for you via the forums but if you give our team a call on 0345 454 1111 then they will be more than happy to look into changing this phone plan for you!
