I have been asked to phone VM to arrange for an engineer to change my Wi-Fi hub so it is comparable with the new fibre connection. I am unable to arrange this by phone or via the MVM app. Can this equipment just be sent to me? If not how can I arrange for an engineer. It is extremely frustrating.
