Unexpected Call Charges

We are on the talk more anytime package but we have been charged for calls between 7am and 7pm on a Friday when we expect calls to be free at that time. Are we mistaken ? Thanks,

How long did the call last for, and what was the dialling code for the number?

All landline call plans have 60 minute redial rule for the inclusive calls.

Ben, I have tried to attach the bill. Is 72 the call time? We did not make a call for that long. Maybe we are not hanging up correctly? The number was an 0208. Much appreciated.

I can't see the image, but if it's showing up on the bill then yes I'm pretty sure 72 would be the call time in minutes. It has been a while since I personally used my own home phone for anything!

The image you posted cannot be approved for public display as is discloses your own phone number as well as the one you called.

I can however confirm that it shows three calls each of which went over the 60 minutes limit by 12 to 16 minutes, hence incurring additional call charges.
