Unauthorised use of my Landline

PHONE SCAM 070810332945 (a Nigerian number) I just got my virgin bill and there was an extra charge of £10 so I phoned virgin and they said it was for call charges, I said I have free call to landline and mobiles and she said this number is not included I said I have never made the calls, my wife is registered as end of life with Alzheimers and she has her teatime drink at 2pm every day and there is no one else in the house, so we got into an argument she agreed after a long discussion to refund the money as I said I will cancel my contract. They must know this is a dogey number, either someone at virgin is using peoples numbers to phone home or the virgin telephone numbers are being hacked into. I then put the number into google and it comes up as a Nigerian number 0708 prefix. 0708 is a fake telephone number. Avoid unintentionally using real phone numbers by selecting from our range of fictitious telephone numbers. You can find other random phone numbers in the list below. Please note that all numbers generated by Fake Number, including 0708, are fake so won't work for phone number verification. If you have been contacted by 0708, you ought to be extremely cautious about answering their calls. The caller ID has almost certainly been spoofed with an officially reserved number, either as part of an elaborate prank or worse yet, a malicious scam. Be vigilant and don't let fraudsters con you out of your money. Don't accept any calls or text messages from 0708.
