Unable to use landline

I’m a new user and I’m up & running with broadband but I can’t seem to connect my landline.

I have two Bt wall sockets but neither work.

there seems to be phone ports on the hub but my standard phone connections don’t fit.

should I have received an adaptor?

I'm so sorry to see that this has happened! Can I ask if you have checked that phone services with us are part of your package? If you log into your My Virgin Media you should be able to read your contract and see what services you are subscribed to? From here you can see if you have a landline with us, and what call plan you're on.
