Our home phone has worked fine for some time. There is now a fault. We can make outgoing calls but not receive calls. Despite some days trying online services we have been unable to report this. Various phone numbers are unreachable. I know our account number etc
Has anybody any suggestion how to get Virgin to look at this issue?

I am just going through a test on your services which will hopefully give me an understanding about what the issue could be, I do have a few questions for you whilst I go through it. First one being do you have a dial tone when you pick up the phone before dialing?
Also, is the phone dock plugged into an extension lead or to the mains?
we had an old system. When we got the fault we bought a new one. Both systems exhibit this issue. Currently as 4 new phones are in place, one on base unit, the other 3 on their charging units. They are all normal and not 'in use' or misplaced
you have arranged an engineer visit for me for tomorrow afternoon. Please note that sometimes Satnav takes people to North Broadgate Lane. This is wrong. We live on Broadgate Lane. Our house is downhill a little from a big medical practise. On North Broadgate Lane The house with same number as us is next to a school. It is about 100 yards away from us. best
