The landline has been down for several days, completed a check which say no reported problems. Checked the phone works plugged into another phone socket at a different address.
I have tried multiple times to report the fault by phone over several days but each time at different stages in the automated system, I get the message thank you for calling and the call is cut off.
All I need to do is report the fault and need help contacting someone at Virgin to investigate this for me.
