I've booked an appointment with a Virgin engineer for this Friday September 9th. I received an automated text message that required me to reply with KEEP or CHANGE. I attempted to reply KEEP but the message "couldn't" be sent. I phoned, made contact and was told that the appointment was confirmed. This morning I received another automated text message identical to the first. Again, My KEEP reply "couldn't" be sent. Please, will someone tell me if my appointment is still good for Friday, failing that, how I can make sure that it's still good for Friday?
