Unable to reply to 86002 text from Virgin to confirm Service visit

I am unable to reply to a text from Virgin confirming that I wish to keep the appointment. Is there a fix for this? Thank you.

Sorry to hear about the mishap with confirming your technician appointment, are you receiving an error message when trying to confirm this?

Hi , i get an error cant sent message sky - error 0 when replying with 'Keep' to confirm appointment
