I can make outgoing calls which displays my number. When I try and call the landline it says ‘The number you are calling is not recognised, please check and try again’
landline has not worked since I moved in to new address on 16th October!

Are you able to confirm, is your landline connected via the hub?

Yes and no,
the number has ported in that when I make a call it’s the correct number. The issue is that it doesn’t work for incoming calls!
